The Pendulum Swing Effect

Breaking free from binge eating can feel like being stuck on a pendulum. On one side, there’s overeating—then, in response, you swing to the other extreme: restriction. You cut out foods, tighten the rules, and try to regain control… until the cycle repeats.

True healing happens when we learn to slow the pendulum down, finding balance in the middle—what I call intuitive eating.

It’s about making peace with food, breaking free from restriction, and finding a way of eating that feels good physically, mentally, and emotionally.

About Me

I’m a clinical nutritionist and life coach, and I’ve combined both to help women break free from binge eating and rebuild their trust with food and themselves. My approach goes beyond just nutrition—I integrate nervous system regulation techniques and NLP to support lasting change, so you can finally feel in control, trust your body, and find true food freedom.

These calls are a space for you to be open and real with me—sharing as much as feels comfortable—so we can make the most out of each session together.
